In 1999 Elite Biscuits and Akvina were both taken over and in 2001 HELLMA Poland and also PortionPack Landgraaf (former Sogeler) were added to the group. Iin 2002 also Cocachoc was incorporated. Now PortionPack Europe has 9 affiliated companies in 6 countries:
The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Poland and Czech Republic.
All the affiliated PPE-companies are specialized in producing (superior quality in print and packaging) and selling portionpacks. Our major markets are the out of home markets (hotels, catering and restaurants), the industry (contract packing), the retail market and the advertising & promotion market. Due to innovation (PPE is leading in concepts and quality for superior convenience) and the increasing attention for food hygiene plus the increasing individualisation of consumers, PortionPack Europe became European market leader (the number one in portionpacks).
We have a numerous product portfolio (food and non-food products), among which some well known A-brands. Our mission is to create a passion for portions for our customers, employees and shareholders throughout Europe. |
